3. The allowance for convalescence and health rehabilitation after maternity leave is 447,000 VND (currently 417,000 VND).
4. The one-time allowance for employees whose working capacity is reduced from 5% to 30% shall be implemented as follows:
– 5% decrease in working capacity is entitled to 7,450,000 VND (currently 6,950,000 VND), then for each additional 1% decrease, he will be entitled to an additional 745,000 VND (currently 695,000 VND);
– In addition to the above-mentioned allowance, they are also entitled to an additional allowance calculated according to the number of years of paying social insurance premiums, from one year or less, it is calculated as 0.5 months, then for each additional year of paying social insurance premiums, it is calculated by zero. 3 months’ salary on which social insurance premiums are based of the preceding month before taking leave for treatment.
5. The monthly allowance for employees whose working capacity is reduced by 31% or more is as follows:
– For a 31% decrease in working capacity, the employee will be entitled to an additional allowance of VND 447,000 (currently VND 417,000), then for each additional 1% decrease, an additional allowance of VND 29,800 (currently VND 27,800);
– In addition to the above-mentioned allowance, each month is also entitled to an additional allowance calculated according to the number of years of paying social insurance premiums, from one year or less is calculated at 0.5%, then for each additional year of payment of social insurance, an additional calculation will be added. 0.3% of the salary on which social insurance premiums are based in the preceding month before taking leave for treatment.
6. An employee with a working capacity reduction of 81% or more but suffering from spinal paralysis or blindness in both eyes or amputation, paralysis of two limbs or suffering from a mental illness shall not be entitled to the allowance specified in Article 47 of the Law on Social Insurance 2014, every year. monthly service allowance equal to 1,490,000 VND (currently 1,390,000 VND).

9. The lowest monthly pension of employees participating in compulsory social insurance who are eligible for pension according to the provisions of Articles 54 and 55 of the Law on Social Insurance 2014 is 1,490,000 VND (currently 1,390,000 VND). except for the cases specified at Point i, Clause 1, Article 2 and Clause 3, Article 54 of the Law on Social Insurance 2014.
10. Funeral allowance equal to 14,900,000 VND (currently 13,900,000 VND).
11. The monthly survivorship allowance for each relative equals 745,000 VND (currently 695,000 VND); In case the relative has no person to directly take care of, the monthly survivorship allowance is equal to VND 1,043,000 (currently VND 973,000).
12. Employees who both have paid compulsory social insurance and have paid voluntary social insurance for full 20 years or more, the conditions and level of pension enjoyment shall comply with the compulsory social insurance policy; the lowest monthly pension equal to 1,490,000 VND (currently 1,390,000 VND), except for the subjects specified at Point i, Clause 1, Article 2 of the Law on Social Insurance 2014.
13. Health insurance card holders who go for medical examination and treatment in accordance with regulations and whose total cost of a medical examination and treatment is less than 223,500 VND (currently lower than 208,500 VND) are not required to make co-payments.
