Instructions for registering to submit tax returns online<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>First time registration for Taxpayers (NNTs) making tax declarations online:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Taxpayers shall make an application for registration of tax payment via the internet, including: an online tax declaration registration form.\u00a0Information on declaration and registration includes: issued tax identification number, taxpayer&#8217;s name, start time of online tax return submission, taxpayer&#8217;s email address, notarized copy of the digital certificate issued by the organization. public digital signature certification authority.<\/li>\n<li>Submit an online tax return registration application file to the tax authority directly managing it.\u00a0Within 5 days from the date of receipt of the taxpayer&#8217;s valid dossier, the tax authority shall directly issue a Notice of registration to submit tax declaration dossiers online to the taxpayer.<\/li>\n<li>Next, the tax authority informs taxpayers of iHTKK account number (which is the portal login code on the tax website) and the password for the first login via the taxpayer&#8217;s email address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>2. How to register an account to file tax returns online:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0After receiving the notice of acceptance of online tax return submission and before submitting the tax return online, taxpayers log in to the portal on the website of the tax industry to declare their financial statements. account for filing tax returns online (hereinafter referred to as iHTKK) and register the following information: username, password, type of tax return filed online.<\/li>\n<li>Taxpayers in the process of making online tax declaration dossiers, if there is a change in information about the type of tax declaration filed online (addition, termination of tax declaration obligations) and email address, they must access iHTKK account, login name and password to make additional change information declaration.<\/li>\n<li>The iHTKK system will automatically send a notification confirming the declaration of registration information to submit tax returns via the internet via the email system to taxpayers.<\/li>\n<li>If taxpayers want to stop registering and stop submitting tax declaration documents online, they must declare their iHTKK account about the time of termination and the reason for termination through the tax portal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>3.
