For people who are using ID cards, Pursuant to Article 5 of Decree 05\/1999, there are 06 cases where it is compulsory to change to CCCD with chip:<\/span><\/p>\n

– Damaged ID card cannot be used;<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Citizens change their last name, first name, middle name, date of birth, month and year;<\/span><\/p>\n

– Citizens who change their place of permanent residence registration outside of a province or centrally run city;<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Citizens change their identity;<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Lost ID card in use.<\/span><\/p>\n
