19\/2021\/TT-BTC<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0, the General Department of Taxation guides the collection and payment of taxes and other state budget revenues collected by tax authorities by ID code as follows:<\/p>\n\u2013 First, issue and notify the payable ID code to the taxpayer.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Second, deploying the provision of payable ID information to the collection coordination organization.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Third, implement instructions for using payable ID.<\/p>\n
Use Accounts Payable ID<\/h2>\n
(1) Taxpayers use the payable ID code to do:<\/p>\n
– Look up the taxpayer’s tax liability handling situation;<\/p>\n
\u2013 Deposit money into the state budget;<\/p>\n
\u2013 Check and adjust information on state budget collection and payment at the e-commerce portal of GDT.<\/p>\n
(2) State Treasury, National Public Service Portal, banks:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Query the payable account ID at the e-commerce portal of the GDT;<\/p>\n
\u2013 Use Accounts Payable ID in payment notices provided by taxpayers;<\/p>\n
\u2013 Use Accounts Payable ID to declare on the Payment Statement, Payment slip to assist taxpayers in making payment vouchers directly at the State Treasury\/bank;<\/p>\n
\u2013 Use account payable ID electronically through services provided by the State Treasury\/National Public Service Portal\/bank.<\/p>\n
(3) Tax authorities use the payable ID number to:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Use Accounts Payable ID to track and manage taxpayers’ tax obligations with the following contents:<\/p>\n
+ Receive payment receipts into the state budget with ID payable, handle clearing with payable amount according to ID.<\/p>\n
+ Processing dossiers of request for tracing and adjustment of state budget collection and payment information according to ID.<\/p>\n
