Circular 77/2019/TT-BTC specifically stipulates the training qualifications of accounting officials as follows:

Salary table of accounting civil servants 2022
Due to the complicated effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, the salary reform of cadres, civil servants and public employees has been postponed to a more appropriate time. Therefore, accounting civil servants in particular and civil servants in general still receive salaries according to the base salary and salary coefficient. Specifically, the salary calculation formula for accounting officers in 2022 is as follows:
Salary = Salary coefficient x base salary

The current base salary is 1,490,000 VND;
The salary coefficient is specified in Article 25 of Circular 77/2019/TT-BTC as follows:
- Intermediate accountants enjoy the salary coefficient of civil servants grade A0. If an intermediate-level accountant does not have a college diploma suitable to the position they are working and is arranging salaries according to class B civil servants, they will continue to be paid according to class B civil servants for 06 years from 01.01. January 1, 2020.
- Accountants: Apply salary coefficients of civil servants grade A1.
When an accountant meets the criteria at the intermediate level of accountant, he/she will be paid according to the grade A0 civil servant.
- Senior accountants have a salary coefficient of class A3, group A3.2.
- The main accountant has a salary coefficient of type A2, group A2.2.
